Promotional Event Support duties
Below are the duties and responsibilities of a Promotional Event Support.
As a Promotional Event Support you will represent Emma Live and be the first point of contact to guests at the event. The below list is not comprehensive, but includes the main duties and responsibilities of an Emma Promotional Event Support.
- Allocate tablets to each table pre-event
- Assist with Check in service (if applicable)
- Table welcomes once guests are seated
- Support guests throughout the event if they have any questions
- Support with live auction spotting (if applicable)
- Collect tablets at the end of the event
