Turning card pre-authorisation on/off for bidding

To turn card pre-authorisation on/off for bidding in the silent auction, follow the these steps.

  • Go to Setup > Payment Method
  • Click Configure next to the Credit Card payment method
  • Enable/disable the Card Pre Auth Required on Bid toggle
  • Click Save on the pop-up page
  • Click Save again on the Payment Method page
